Temperature Spot Sensor Module
Overview
High-precision temperature measurement using NTCs, RTDs, thermocouples, and IR for industrial monitoring. The module supports up to eight contact-based channels and one non-contact infrared channel, covering a wide temperature range from cryogenic to high-heat applications. Each channel is individually configurable for sensor type, sampling rate, and alarm thresholds.

Applications

Edge Integration
Publishes all temperature channels over RS-485 using Modbus RTU with computed gradients, rate-of-change metrics, and configurable alarm thresholds. Each channel can be individually named and assigned alert levels through the Edge web UI. Auto-discovery registers the module and its channel configuration automatically.
